Contact DoseStreaks

How to reach the team behind DoseStreaks, and what to include so we can help.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

In a medical emergency, do not email. Call 10177 for an ambulance, or 112 from any mobile phone. The emergency numbers page lists the police, poison information and mental-health crisis lines too. We cannot give medical advice by email.

Email us

Email is how to reach DoseStreaks: contact@dosestreaks.co.za. It reaches the people who build and run the app and the website.

Write to us about:

  • Signing in, syncing, reminders or anything else in the app that is not working as you expect
  • A request about your personal information under POPIA — to see, correct or delete what we hold
  • A mistake, an out-of-date fact or a broken link in one of the health guides
  • Health Team and Care Hub connections, and how sharing works
  • Accessibility problems, including anything you cannot reach with a keyboard or screen reader
  • Press, partnerships or anything else about DoseStreaks

What to include

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and whether you were using the website or the installed app, with your phone or browser if you know it. For a health guide, include the page address.

Please do not send medication lists, readings or other health details by email — we do not need them to help, and email is not the place to keep them.

You may not need to wait for us

  • You can permanently delete your account and all of its data yourself, at any time, from Profile → Settings in the app.
  • You can change what each Health Team member sees, or remove them, from the Health Team screen.
  • Common questions — cost, accounts, devices, languages and the dose-logging window — are answered in the frequently asked questions.
  • How your information is stored and shared is set out in the privacy policy.
